WARMERS & COOLERS
Advanced Engineering has developed a unique warming and cooling tunnel for the beverage industry. Our design has addressed the concerns of old technology systems with our special drive shaft design for limited deflection during bottle transfer.
Advanced Engineering has been able to design a dynamic line transfer on the out-feed of the warmer that allows negligible movement of the most unstable PET during transfer out of the tunnel.
Hygiene has been addressed with the installation of removable side panels that allow access not only to the bed but restricted access to the tank area.Our modular design allows for increase in length to accomodate future product development requirements. The P&ID ensures efficient use of energy and our system is able to monitor temperature zones to assist in managing quality.
