PALLETISING
Advanced Engineering have specialised in robotics to enable our clients access to the latest in robotic technologies in materials handling systems.Our range of robots include specialised palletising robots and “Pick & Place” robotics.
Our palletising robots are specifically designed as four (4)axis to simplify the palletising process. The on board software is designed such that the operator in charge can simply change the palletising patterns required on demand using the HMI screen on the control panel.
The robot has over 199 alternative palletising patterns to select from and will even recommend to the operator a pattern to use when programming in a new product. Set up of new products is done by the operator in seconds providing total flexibility to the operation when testing or introducing new pack sizes into the manufacturing process.

PACKAGING ROBOTICS
Our Pick & Place robots are world patented and are also a four axis robot. Using high-end vision technology and “ADEPT Quattro” robotic technologies Advanced Engineering can provide your manufacturing process with leading edge advantages.
The new “Patented” technology allows for a large 1300mm working envelope, larger than any other“pick & place “ robot of this type. It also provides the worlds fastest pick cycles with anaccuracy of +/-0.1mm repeatability.
This type of robot is specifically designed for high speed packaging and material handling processes. Where highly repetitive tasks are required to be completed at high speed and over long periods of time this robot is ideally suited to eliminate any OH&S or productivity concerns in a very cost effective way.

AUTOMATED GUIDED VEHICLES
Through our partnerships Advanced Engineering can offer our clients a fully integrated materials handling solution.
AGVs compliment a fully automated palletising and storage system by removing the last manual involvement in the materials handling chain prior to shipping of your goods. AGV’s work on a laser system that guides the vehicle to and from designated points around the plant.
This technology allows a totally integrated “Lights Out”approach to your materials handling processes. The AGV can be programmed to deliver raw materials or components to the manufacturing processes and collect and place finished goods into your storage system. It can then also retrieve your goods and deliver them ready to be loaded onto the transport vehicle for dispatch
The AGV solution integrates your pallet movements in high traffic areas between the manufacturing and storage processes facilitating high accuracy stock movements. Simulation of your process is conducted using high end software to replicate the manufacturing flows designed to identify and address bottlenecks in the materials flows.
